Adam Tobias is the co-founder of Inventum Consulting and its sister organisations - Executive Search firm Inventum Search and the Wells Tobias Group . Adam is an executive coach, facilitator and trainer, as well as a provider of strategic inclusion and talent management solutions. He works with business leaders and executive teams, devising and delivering inclusion strategy across a variety of industries. Terence Parris is an internationally renowned brand and marketing expert and has worked for some of the world’s leading brands including Apple, the United Nations and Puma. His experience includes the launch of the first iPhone, creating the Reggae Boyz brand for the Jamaican football team, developing Usain Bolt’s profile, and working with Arsenal FC on their brand and marketing campaigns.

Joe Wells is the Co-founder of Inventum Consulting and its sister organisations - Executive Search firm Inventum Search and Wells Tobias Recruitment Solutions, alongside business partner, Adam Tobias. Joe has worked for many years in workforce talent solutions and executive search. He is an executive coach, workshop facilitator and trainer, and is also a passionate advocate of corporate diversity & inclusion. Joe works with senior leadership as an executive coach, as well as devising inclusion strategy across a wide range of industries and sectors. Karen Graves is an experienced and proven Market professional at Executive Director and NED level, with specific experience and insight regarding regulatory and corporate governance matters, new start-ups and business change across multiple locations. She is an executive sponsor for diversity initiatives and a PRA / FCA / Luxembourg CA approved person. Karen is Chair of the Independent Women in Insurance Committee (iWIN); a Freeman of the City of London and an active member of the Worshipful Company of Insurers; 2018 IBUK Woman of Influence; a PRA/FCA/CA Approved Person; a leader of diversity initiatives; an ally of the LINK LGBT initiative and as a supporter of educational diversity a Trustee of the CII’s Education and Training Trust. Karen is also a qualified leadership coach.
